Forget polite sipping and applause. This is raw speed, dead-on precision, and pure chaos behind the bar — with a real trophy and major bragging rights on the line.
Since July, heats have been running across the city to weed out the weak. We started with Toronto’s top talent, and now just four bartenders remain. They will go head-to-head in the semi-finals and finals on October 20 to prove who actually owns the city’s fastest hands and sharpest instincts under pressure.
Drink for a cause
Your ticket helps support SickKids—with $10 from every ticket sale going directly to the foundation—and so does every cocktail made in the competition. Each drink will be auctioned off live during the night, with proceeds going to SickKids Foundation. Watch the bartenders make them, then bid on your favourite.
The speed rail
Competitors have to build on the fly using a high-stakes lineup: Dillon’s, Flor de Caña, Bearface, Tequila Tromba, and Campari.
