Raise a glass to world-class craftsmanship and timeless flavours at select bars across Toronto with the Italian Cocktail Revolution (September 14-19, 2026). Brenton Mowforth photo
Toronto, get ready—Italy is taking over the city’s cocktail scene once again. From September 14-19, 2026, the second annual Italian Cocktail Revolution, presented by the Italian Trade Agency Toronto, returns for a week-long celebration of Italy’s finest spirits and timeless drinking culture.
For six days only, five of Toronto’s top cocktail bars will feature exclusive Italian-inspired cocktail menus crafted specifically for the week. Each venue has partnered with different Italian spirit brands to showcase everything from reimagined aperitivo classics to bold new creations.
Behind the scenes, local bartenders and industry professionals will hone their craft through an industry masterclass with award-winning mixologist Jacob Martin, as well as a cocktail competition featuring participating brands—meaning every drink on the menus represents bartending craftsmanship at its finest.
Whether you’re a die-hard Negroni devotee, an Aperitivo lover, or simply looking for your next favourite sip, this is your invitation to explore Italy’s rich spirits heritage right here at home. Pick a spot for a casual drink, or map out your own Italian cocktail crawl across the city.
