Amalfi Spritz

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz limoncello

4 oz Prosecco

2 oz club soda or sparkling water

Lemon wheel, garnish

 

METHOD:

In a large wine glass filled with ice, add limoncello, Prosecco and club soda then gently stir to mix. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Serves 1.

Make this recipe your own by substituting your own homemade citrus-flavoured ’cello for the limoncello in these recipes.
