• 1.5 oz Victoria Gin
• 1.5 oz pressed apple juice
• 1.5 oz tonic water
• 2 dashes Twisted & Bitter ginger bitters
Combine all ingredients on ice in an Old Fashioned or sherry glass. Stir and garnish with an apple slice. Serves 1.
