Mediterranean Spritz by Matthew Benevoli

This alcohol-free cocktail by Matthew Benevoli uses homemade Mediterranean Cordial.

1 oz Mediterranean Cordial

6 oz San Pellegrino or other sparkling mineral water

2 dashes aromatic bitters

Garnish: fresh basil sprig

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add cordial and mineral water; stir gently. Sprinkle 2 dashes of bitters on top. Garnish with a fresh basil sprig. Serves 1.
