1.5 oz The Woods Amaro
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
1 dash grapefruit bitters
Cava (sparkling wine), to top
Place amaro, liqueur and bitters in a large wine or Old Fashioned glass with ice and stir. Top with cava. Garnish with an orange slice. Serves 1.
