We are reuniting a legendary lineup of Gastown alumni—the very talent who built their reputations in this neighbourhood before taking their craft across the city and beyond. This is a high-energy evening of liquid artistry featuring talent from West Oak, Elisa, Capo & the Spritz, El Guapo, Bartholomew, and Brix & Mortar. Witness the neighbourhood’s elite bartenders as they strive to impress both a panel of industry experts and the toughest critics in the room: you.
Your experience begins with a welcome cocktail and an official tasting card. Throughout the night, explore six dedicated bars to enjoy the featured competition cocktails at your own pace. Each station showcases a unique creation featuring premium spirits including Botanist Gin, Bruichladdich, Cointreau, Metaxa, Mount Gay, St-Rémy, and Teremana. Between rounds of passed canapés, you’ll watch the drama unfold live as each bartender has just ten minutes to present their story and technique to the judges.
