Between the daytime seminars and evening events, head straight to one of our VCW bar partners to enjoy these elevated happy hours based on the French concept of the “cinq à sept”—5 to 7 pm, the playful hours between work and family life. (Hours vary though, so check with the venues for times.)

Designed for both industry insiders and curious cocktail lovers, Bar Asra’s VCW programming invites guests to explore the craft behind world-class drinks, discover innovative pairings, and experience the bar’s distinct identity—where discipline, creativity, and hospitality converge.
Featuring two creative menus:
• A preview of three cocktails from our ambitious new menu which will fully launch the following week, paired with three small plates created by our chefs specially for the happy hour.
