Coconut Grasshopper

• 1.5 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz crème de menthe
• 1 oz crème de cacao 

Put everything into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into small coupe. Garnish with mint leaf. Serves 1.
