1 whole lime 

1 Tbsp granulated sugar 

2 oz cachaça 

Garnish: lime zest

Quarter the lime, place in a cocktail shaker, add sugar and muddle together. Add cachaça and ice cubes and shake well. Dump everything straight into a rocks glass. Garnish with lime zest. Serves 1.
