Crafted by Bar Trench and featured during their guest shift at The Keefer Bar, this is a unique cocktail with a slight bitterness and fruity paprika note, featuring Nikka’s savoury Coffey Grain whisky. “We loved this cocktail from Bar Trench so much, we’ve added it to our reserve list!” —The Keefer Bar

• 30ml Nikka Coffey Grain

• 20ml Aperol

• 20ml Roasted paprika honey cordial

• 15ml lemon juice

• Dried cherry tomato slice

Method: 

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients to the shaker. Shake the ingredients together vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish the drink with a dried cherry tomato and enjoy your  cocktail creation. Cheers!
