• 0.5oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
• 0.75oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Pazzo Chow Lavender Tonic Syrup
• Egg white

Dry shake, then shake with ice. Serve neat in a coupe. Garnish with lavender.
