• 0.5oz Sea Star ‘Prose’ Riesling & Apple Dessert Wine
• 0.5oz Apple & Shiso Syrup
• One whole egg
• Okanagan Spirits Taboo Absinthe Spritz
Dry shake first 4 ingredients, then shake again with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Finish with the absinthe spritz.
