• 2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
• 1 oz acidified parsnip juice
• 0.75 oz bee pollen syrup
• 3 dashes Hay and Burdock Root Bitters
• 1 egg white
Add all ingredients to a shaker (without ice) and shake until the egg white has emulsified. Add ice, shake again until chilled, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with bee pollen and lavender. Serves 1.
