Cuffs and Buttons

Cuffs and Buttons at The Blackbird.

• 30ml Beefeater Gin
• 30ml Southern Comfort
• 30ml cranberry shrub*
• 120ml cranberry juice

Build in a cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with lemon wheel at rosemary.

*Cranberry Shrub (can purchase at stores like Old Faithful, Modern Bartender etc)
250g frozen cranberries (pre-thaw)
• 250ml apple cider vinegar
• 125g white sugar

Lightly crush cranberries. Stir in sugar and allow to sit for 1-2 hours. Stir in apple cider vinegar and allow to blend with cranberry-sugar mix. Let stand in fridge for 3 hours. Stir and strain off solids.
