Tromba Paloma

Tromba Blanco tequila has a balanced, smooth texture on the palate with vibrant flavours of pineapple, caramel and refreshing mint.

• 1.5 oz Tromba Blanco Tequila

• 6 oz Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda

• Juice of ½ lime

• Garnish: Grapefruit wedge

Rim a Collins glass with lime, then roll in salt. Fill the glass with ice. Add tequila and lime juice into the glass. Top with grapefruit soda and gently stir. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
