The city’s best party returns March 3 to 10 with all your favourite events and brand-new ones, as well as more international bar stars and the can’t-miss glam of the Green Garden Gala.
Tickets are now on sale for the third annual Vancouver Cocktail Week presented by The Alchemist magazine. Save your seat for the best seminars, most exciting cocktail-paired dinners and unmissable signature events like the closing Green Garden Gala.
“We are proud to promote and support our incredible cocktail community and culture here in Vancouver. VCW’s success is due to the collaboration between all of us in this industry—the bartenders, the venues, the brands and the consumers,” says The Alchemist publisher, VCW event producer and co-founder Gail Nugent.
VCW24 kicks off with the fourth annual Signature Sunday Cocktail Brunch at Botanist and features dozens of seminars, tastings, master classes, dinners, parties and drag shows, the (unticketed) Cinq à Sept series of elevated happy hours and all the other events attendees know and love, along with more international bar stars and brand sponsors than ever before.
This year, VCW is introducing guest shifts and pop-ups featuring some of the world’s greatest bartenders—from establishments like Singapore’s Cat Bite Club, Madrid’s Salmon Guru and Florería Atlántico in Buenos Aires—as well as neighbourhood cocktail crawls that offer a taste of what the city’s most exciting bartenders are shaking up.
But if there is one event not to miss, it’s the closing night Green Garden Gala on March 10. The signature event of Vancouver Cocktail Week will transform the Sutton Place Hotel ballroom into a botanical bower with live music, a DJ, fine food, more than 35 premium brand sponsors and, of course, more cocktail creativity than you could fit into a bootlegger’s bathtub.
The Green Garden Gala is the event you and your friends will be talking about for months to come, so don’t miss out — be sure to get your tickets before they sell out!
PLUS: New this year, until the end of December, VCW24 is offering early bird pricing for gala tickets—that means $15 off a regular ticket and $25 off the VIP upgrade. These would make a terrific gift to tuck into a special someone’s stocking.
And, because no celebration of community can go without supporting those who make it possible, Vancouver Cocktail Week is proud to announce that a portion of ticket sales will once again go to our charity partner, the BC Hospitality Foundation, and its scholarship program.
