
This creamy, nutty riff on an Espresso Martini comes courtesy of North Vancouver’s The Woods Spirit Co.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Crema Nocciola
1 oz vodka
¾ oz Kahlúa or other coffee liqueur
Double espresso
Garnish: cocoa powder or coffee beans
METHOD
Place all ingredients (except garnish) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder and/or three dried coffee beans. Serves 1.
