Odd Society releases elderflower liqueur

Looking for something refreshing to enjoy this sultry summer weekend? Get yourself down to Odd Society Spirits and you could be one of the lucky few to enjoy their just-released Elderflower Liqueur.

Gordon Glanz and the team have been working on this for several years and are proud to share this luscious new addition to their distillery’s lineup.

Made from B.C.-grown elderflowers that are steeped within hours of picking, the liqueur has a rich, sweet, floral taste with tropical and citrus notes. It’s delicious on ice with a squeeze of lemon or in a summery cocktail like the Elder Sour (recipe below).

It’s priced at $22 for a 375 mL bottle, but be warned: Only 150 bottles are available and once it’s gone, it’s gone, though it will live on in cocktails at the distillery for at least a little while longer. oddsocietyspirits.com
