• 1 oz Los Siete Misterios Mezcal Doba-Yej
• 1 oz Aperol
• 1 oz maraschino liqueur
• 1 oz lemon juice
• Garnish: grapefruit zest
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit zest. Serves 1.
