• 2 oz freezer-cold Sipsmith London Dry Gin
• 1 oz extra-dry Italian vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Garnish: lemon twist
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Express the oils of a lemon twist over the cocktail, and garnish with the twist on the side. Serves 1.
