Wet Martini

• 2 oz Saigon Baigur Gin
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• Garnish: lemon twist

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Express the oils of a lemon twist over the cocktail, then garnish with the twist. Serves 1.
