Ideally, a Kir should only be lightly tinted and not overly sweet, so don’t overdo the liqueur.

• 0.25 to 0.5 oz crème de cassis
• 
3 oz dry white wine such as Aligoté or Chablis

Place the liqueur in a small wine glass and top with chilled white wine. Serves 1.
