Jura Penicillin

The Penicillin is a modern classic. 

• 2oz Jura 12

• ¾ oz lemon juice

• ¾ oz honey syrup*

• Garnish: Candied ginger or lemon slice

Pour Jura 12, lemon juice and honey-ginger syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with candied ginger or lemon slice.

*To make the honey-ginger syrup, add ½ cup honey, ½ cup water and and a 3-inch piece of peeled and sliced ginger root to a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, then allow the syrup to cool. Strain and store in the fridge.
